Service & Facilities
Hotel Günther is a "garni" hotel, meaning that our hotel is without a restaurant - and, in that sense, more resembling a bed and breakfast establishment or pension. Of course at the same time, we offer all the extras one would normally expect from a 3-star hotel.
Beer, wine and beverages are available at very reasonable prices at the hotel reception area during our entire
opening hours (7.30 am until 9.00 pm). The hotel has a lift (elevator).

Each of our rooms has its own separate telephone number, so that you can receive calls directly, or of course, make calls from the room without needing assistance. Rates: a one minute call within Germany costs approx. 20 cents, and those within the EU as well as USA/Canada approx. 30 cents. (Calls made to a mobile phone can be much more expensive!)
There are over 30 channels. CNN, Viva, MTV and one or two sports channels are in English; TV-5 is in French.
Contains a stationary bike, semi-recumbent bike, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, stepper, treadmill and mini-trampoline. Although not in our hotel building, the fitness room is located just 40 meters distance in our guest house.
A large sun terrace is located at the south side of the building and is furnished with deck chairs.
Bikes can be rented at the local Bike Rental Shop located on the Market Place. There are numerous bike paths (especially directly along the Rhine) throughout the Upper Middle Rhine Valley.
Whether you rent bicycles or bring your own, we offer free overnight storage (secure and dry) in our guest house courtyard.
W-LAN is accessible from all rooms free of charge.
